Our current partners get an average of 8-12% per month.

Each deal will have a Deed of Trust and Promissory Note. These legal documents will be drafted by the title company's legal team prior to closing.

Every deal may vary but the average length is 12-24 months.

The number of deals will depend on your preference as an investor. We can work on as many deals as you're comfortable doing at a given time.

Our main exit strategies are:

1.) Fix and Flip; and 2.) Buy and Hold

We have a number of trusted general contractors we've built good relationships with over the years.

All these updates are shared with our partner investors to keep them in the loop on the progress of all our projects.

1.) Boots on the ground - We send a representative of our team to the location to personally check the progress; 2.) Progress photos - Photos of the project are regularly taken and shared with our partners; and 3.) Progress reports - Our general contractor provides updates and progress reports real-time to make sure we're on top of any speed bumps along the way.

We do a weekly visit to ensure are projects are kept on track.

We have done over 300 transactions of buying and selling properties in the last 7 years.

It takes between 3 to 6 months to exit the deal depending on the amount of rehab work that needs to be done.
